Disabled Customers

Kilimanjaro live ltd is committed to ensuring that everyone has the chance to fully enjoy the event, whatever their ability. Qualifying people with disabilities are eligible to receive a free ticket to bring someone with them. Stewarded wheelchair user viewing platforms will be provided and will be located as near to the main stages as is practical and safe. Disabled toilets will be provided at the platforms and at other areas.

As we expect tickets to the event to sell quickly we are advising customers to purchase a ticket for themselves upfront. You can then apply for a carers ticket below. If you are not successful in gaining a free carer ticket and you no longer wish to attend we can arrange for a refund if you booked through this website or See Tickets. On this same form you can apply for access to the wheelchair platforms, should you need this. In order to obtain a free carer ticket and/or wheelchair access you will need to provide a copy of your blue badge or proof that you are in receipt of DA.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU REQUIRE USE OF ANY ACCCESSIBLE FACILITIES ON SITE YOU MUST MUST APPLY FOR AN ACCESSIBLE TICKET BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE SHOW. THIS IS TO ALLOW US TO ENSURE THE CORRECT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER A TICKET EXCHANGE FROM STANDARD TO ACCESSIBLE ON SITE.
